Corporate Solicitor - Bristol - 2+ years PQE

Location: Bristol Office (Hybrid & Flexible)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (Part-time considered)

Salary: £55,000 to £85,000

The Role

This role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Responsibilities include:

• Handling client files and delivering first-class legal service
• Reviewing and finalising facility, security, and intercreditor documentation
• Assisting with lender pre-completion requirements and perfecting security
• Providing expert legal advice to clients
• Managing correspondence and client communications
• Supervising junior team members
• Contributing to team strategy and development
• Engaging in targeted business development activities across departments

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a corporate solicitor with:

• Minimum 2 years PQE in corporate law
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent client management and relationship-building abilities

Working Arrangements
