Corporate Solicitor - Bristol

Chadwick Nott are instructed by a well-established regional practice who are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to join their growing Corporate team in Bristol. If you\'ve got 2+ years PQE and a solid foundation in corporate transactions, this role offers the chance to work on high-quality matters in a supportive, forward-thinking team. You\'ll be based in Bristol, with hybrid working and the flexibility to collaborate across offices. The team handles a broad mix of corporate work including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, and regulatory matters. It\'s a great environment for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build strong client relationships. In this role, you\'ll be advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, from reviewing and finalising facility, security, and intercreditor documentation to supporting pre-completion processes and perfecting security. As a key member of the team, you\'ll also supervise junior colleagues and get involved in business development to help grow the practice across departments. It\'s a role that blends technical expertise with client-facing work and offers plenty of scope to make a meaningful impact.
