Corporate Solicitor - Birmingham
New vacancy exists for a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate to join one of our legal top 200 clients in Birmingham.
The firm is a leading national law firm that is exceptionally busy and enjoys a formidable local and national reputation. The department is well known for the high quality and high profile work they deal with, acting for a wide range of clients based across the UK and internationally.
Working alongside Legal 500 rated Partners, the team has extensive experience in advising businesses ranging from enterprises, SMEs, financial institutions, and FTSE 100 companies. You will be involved in the whole range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated solicitor who can demonstrate excellent legal capability with strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should be willing and able to quickly immerse themselves in a varied and interesting caseload.
