The Role:

As this leading business law firm continues its upward trajectory, there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join the team. With a strong pipeline of work, the firm is now seeking a key hire to help meet the increasing demand and further develop its corporate offering. This role is ideal for a senior corporate solicitor looking to make a significant impact and to accelerate their career. You’ll join a high-energy team recognised for its market leadership, where you will play a crucial role in supporting current clients and driving future business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have general corporate experience, ideally within a similar high-performing environment, and will bring a dynamic, client-focused approach to their work. This role suits a solicitor who combines technical expertise with the gravitas and confidence to engage meaningfully with clients.

Requirements:

• 4-10 years PQE in corporate law.
• Proven technical ability and innovative approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
• While an existing network is valued, there is no requirement to bring an established client book.
