Our client, a well-established Scottish law firm, is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its Aberdeen office. This role is part of a collaborative and supportive team with strong connections across Scotland.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of transactions, including M&A, corporate finance, commercial contracts, and banking. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of client work, contribute to business development, and engage directly with a diverse client base—from start-ups to international organisations.

To be considered, you should be at the NQ–5 PQE level with a strong interest in corporate law.
