  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery.

A leading, customer?centric legal practice in Sheffield is seeking a 2PQE+ Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding business and corporate team. The firm since its inception has and earned a strong reputation in corporate law, insolvency, business recovery, dispute resolution, and commercial property
You'll work from their centrally located Sheffield office, joining a collaborative and skilled team that serves professionals, SMEs, and larger enterprises. The focus is on delivering practical, responsive, and commercially astute legal advice in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate transactions from start to finish, including M&A, share capital reorganisations, and governance matters.
