Corporate Solicitor 2-8 PQE. Salary: Up to £90,000. Location: Bristol | hybrid 2 in the office 3 from home flexible. Hours: Full time. Top Ranked Legal 500 firm.

We are seeking a skilled corporate solicitor to join a dynamic team handling high-value, complex corporate matters. This role offers exposure to a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, with opportunities for professional growth, hands-on experience, and clear career progression in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work on a wide range of high-value, complex corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, and restructurings.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, providing strategic solutions for clients across joint ventures, financing, and shareholder arrangements.
  • Advise on corporate governance, company secretarial matters, and compliance with regulatory and listing requirements.
  • Support cross-border transactions and provide guidance on partnerships, LLPs, and professional practice structures.
  • Gain hands-on experience with senior partners on high-value deals while following a clear career progression toward senior roles and potential partnership.

Experience Required / Qualifications
  • Qualifeid Solicitor or equivalent (England & Wales) with 2-8 years PQE in corporate law.
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, or private equity transactions.
  • Skilled in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Strong commercial awareness, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to career progression.
