  • Great opportunity for a corporate solicitor already at a leading firm but who is looking for better (and more predictable)working hours and more flexibility, or more opportunities for client secondment. • This firm are renowned for the flexibility they offer. Design your hours around your life (as opposed to the other way around, which is usually the case in corporate law) and with 2 days a week in the office.
  • The team really punches above its weight and handles regular 7-8 figure mandates spanning M&A, PE and corporate structuring. Wide sectoral exposure too - financial services, insurance, technology and R&D and food and drink. Good mix of Scottish, UK-wide and local counsel mandates for Magic Circle firms etc in London and abroad.
  • This firm are universally regarded as having one of the best cultures in the Scottish market. Partners who really look after their junior associates and who want them to succeed, giving them as much client and deal exposure as they want/feel comfortable with. Juniors who are close-knit and support each other on deals. Achievable and transparent progression pathways for all fee-earners, and very low target hours.
