Job summary

Connect Legal Partners, a well-established East Midlands firm, is seeking a corporate solicitor to handle mergers, acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, and governance advice in Leicester.

You will draft and negotiate corporate documents, advise on restructures and business succession, and work flexibly with a focus on client outcomes. Ideally 0–3 years PQE; other levels considered with the right skills.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years PQE in corporate work preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience in governance and company law helpful.
