JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor

PQE: 4+ years

LOCATION: Walsall

SALARY: (£DOE)

The successful candidate will work on an interesting and rewarding mix of varied, high quality corporate caseload. You will be handling a wide range of corporate transactions including Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, MBOs and general corporate finance matters within a busy and entrepreneurial team environment.

1. Applicants should have at least four years’ PQE and experience dealing with all aspects of corporate law, gained within another leading regional or national law firm.
2. You will have exceptional communication and client handling skills, with the ability to deal with clients from a wide range of business sectors.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client objectives.
