The Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Corporate Associate (2+ PQE) with prior experience in a boutique or mid-size setting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in a wide range of transactions and advisory matters, working directly with partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, across various sectors.
• Acting for private equity investors and target companies on investment rounds, restructures, and exits.
• Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents (SPAs, shareholders' agreements, investment agreements, etc.).
• Providing general corporate and commercial advice to a diverse client base.
• Assisting with company reorganisations, joint ventures, and governance matters.
• Managing transactions end-to-end with minimal supervision, including overseeing junior lawyers or paralegals as needed.
• Participating in business development and thought leadership initiatives.

About You

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong academic background and solid experience in corporate transactions.
• Commercially astute, with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
