A prestigious national law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate Solicitor or Associate to join its thriving team in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The Opportunity

This is a standout opportunity to join a nationally recognised Corporate team that continues to see impressive growth, particularly in its developing offices. With a team of around 50 corporate lawyers, including 20 Partners, many of whom are recognised in the Legal 500 and the Hall of Fame, you'll be learning from and working alongside some of the most respected names in the industry.

You'll advise a diverse range of clients, from fast-growing start-ups to large multinational businesses, on matters such as M&A, private equity, venture capital, management buy-outs and buy-ins, fundraisings, exits and cross-border transactions.

What sets this opportunity apart is the level of exposure, mentorship and support on offer. As part of a large and well-integrated team, you will work closely with leading Partners who are invested in your career development and committed to helping junior lawyers progress.

You'll also benefit from collaboration with other specialist teams across the firm including Corporate Tax, Banking & Finance, Company Secretarial, and Competition and be part of a practice that leads in key sectors such as Energy & Infrastructure, Healthcare, Automotive, Hospitality, Insurance, Transport, and Real Estate.

The Role

As a Corporate Solicitor/Associate, your work will include:

• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, and investments
• Drafting and negotiating complex transactional documentation
• Supporting on high-value and often international transactions
• Working directly with clients and developing long-term relationships
• Attending business development and networking events
• Contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture

About You

You will be:

• A qualified Corporate Solicitor NQ-3 years' PQE
• Experienced in corporate matters, particularly M&A, whether from training or post-qualification
• A strong communicator with a commercial mindset and an eye for detail
• Proactive, personable, and enthusiastic about business development
• Keen to take ownership of your career and grow within a high-performing team
