  1. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced individual eager to help drive the business forward and develop their reputation as a leading expert in corporate law.
  2. The team advises a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurial start-ups to major international businesses, handling mid-range deals with opportunities for autonomous work.
  3. Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years' PQE seeking a new challenge.
  4. You will manage your own varied corporate caseload and assist senior team members with complex cases.
  5. You should demonstrate excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and operational insight.
  6. Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
