Corporate Lawyer | National Law Firm | Nottingham | 4+ PQE

Are you an ambitious Corporate Lawyer with 4+ years PQE looking to join a leading national law firm in Nottingham? This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic, well-established corporate team known for delivering innovative commercial solutions across a diverse client base.

About the Role
You'll be joining a busy and growing corporate department, working on a wide variety of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, joint ventures, and commercial contracts. This role offers excellent exposure to high-value, complex matters alongside a supportive team of experienced lawyers.

What You'll Need
· 4+ years PQE gained at a reputable law firm or in-house environment
· Proven experience in M&A, corporate transactions, and general commercial work
· Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
· Commercially minded with the ability to manage multiple matters independently
· Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
