Role: Corporate Solicitor / Associate – (Junior to Mid-Level)

Responsibilities

• Assist with high end corporate matters including M&A, private equity transactions, corporate, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs and secondary issues and reorganisations.
• Develop strong working relationships with national and multinational clients.
• Provide support and advice to colleagues within a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent with grounding in corporate law; open to recently qualified lawyers up to mid-level with experience of high-end clients at a quality firm.
