Job summary

eNL in Newcastle Upon Tyne is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join a busy corporate team. You will manage high‑quality transactional work and contribute to significant deals across multiple sectors.

You will have a minimum of 3 years PQE in corporate law, with strong corporate finance experience. Excellent client exposure and progression opportunities are offered in a supportive, forward‑looking environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong experience in corporate finance and transactional work.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of corporate finance and company law matters.
• Advise a diverse client base including owner‑managed businesses, listed companies, investors and lenders.
• Support on larger, high value corporate transactions across sectors.
• Draft and negotiate transactional documents, corporate governance documentation, and commercial agreements.

• Contribute to the supervision and development of junior team members.

Overview

• Experience supervising or mentoring junior Lawyers would be advantageous.
