Job summary

LC Legal in Manchester is seeking Corporate Solicitors from NQ to Senior Associate level to join their nationally recognised Corporate team. You will advise a broad portfolio of clients, from owner-managed businesses to major UK and international organisations, working alongside highly regarded partners on a varied caseload.

Your work will include private equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate advisory work, with deals up to £300 million.

Qualifications

• NQ to Senior Associate level in Corporate law.
• Experience with private equity, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate advisory.
• Experience with high-value transactions, including deals up to £300 million.

• Private Equity transactions (the firm's fastest-growing practice area)
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• General corporate advisory work
• High-value transactions, including deals worth up to £300 million
• Supporting a diverse client base across multiple sectors
