Corporate Solicitor – Central London - Hybrid working

This established Law firm in the heart of Central London has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join its team.

The firm acts for an array of clients from start-ups to established companies, including multi-national PLCs, dealing with a range of corporate work including:-

Working with SME's and Large firms.

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Shareholder Agreement
• Corporate Governance
• Company purchases and sales

This role is ideal for a Corporate Solicitor (1 PQE+ ) looking to join a London firm that offers an excellent caseload, plenty of client contact and the opportunity to work closely with the partners in the team.

In addition to your corporate law expertise, you should also possess strong client facing skills and be happy to play a part in the firms ongoing business development and marketing work.
