Description

The Corporate Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;

• Advising clients on corporate law matters, including mergers, acquisitions and private equity work
• Working closely with clients including investors, SME's, management teams.
• Working with the Partners and other senior fee earners on deals.
• Helping on marketing and business development
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Profile

The successful Corporate Solicitor should have:

• A qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales and likely to be around 1-2 years PQE
• Proven experience in corporate law gained from a regional, national or international law firm
• Ties to Leeds
• Strong academics
• An ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
