Overview

Sellick Partnership is currently working with an exciting Legal 500 ranked firm, based in Leeds, who is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of transactions and working alongside a Partner on more complex deals.
  • Advising on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements/Qualifications

The Successful Candidate will need:

  • 3+ years PQE
  • Evidence of understanding what is needed to help grow and develop a corporate practice
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident using legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
