• This role will offer the post holder an exciting varied role where they will have access to top tier Corporate work.

Role

• We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer who can demonstrate commercial awareness.
• Providing a quality, tailored and supportive legal service to a range of high net worth clients based locally, in London and further afield.
• Responsible for managing a mixed caseload of M&A, reorganisations, shareholders agreements, PE/VC.
