G2legal in Inverness is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Solicitor/Associate to join a growing team. Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in tax, corporate, commercial or transactional work.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on tax aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
• Assist with business restructurings and reorganisations.
• Advise on property tax matters including LBTT, SDLT and VAT.
• Support employee share schemes and incentive arrangements.
• Draft and negotiate tax-related documentation.
• Contribute to client training and business development initiatives.
