You'll work across a broad range of matters, including M&A (buy and sell side), private equity, shareholder arrangements, high-growth businesses, cross-border transactions, and general corporate advisory. The team regularly advises major international groups, mid-tier corporates, private equity-backed businesses, and high-net-worth clients.
