The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in building and growing the firm’s Corporate practice in Bournemouth, supported by one of the UK’s most highly regarded teams. The team is known for its expertise in:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Development
• Capital Management
• Buyouts
• Corporate Restructurings
• Shareholder Agreements
• Share Options & other non-transactional corporate work

The client base is equally impressive, acting for serial acquirers, PE-backed clients, SMEs, and household-name businesses across a wide range of sectors.
