Description

1. Advising public and private companies on M&A, MBOs/MBIs, private equity, and joint ventures.
2. Providing strategic guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.
3. Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and shareholder agreements.
4. Supporting group reorganisations and corporate restructuring projects.
5. Managing client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

Profile

1. A newly qualified solicitor, with at least one seat in corporate.
2. Experienced in handling complex corporate transactions, including M&A and private equity.
3. Able to provide sound legal and strategic advice to clients.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
