The Role
The highly-regarded partnership team seeks a committed individual to make a significant impact on the success and growth of their Corporate practice in Colchester, Essex.
The award-winning corporate team handles newsworthy work and a diverse client base, from entrepreneurs to public and international companies.
You will work on various corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, lending/borrowing, corporate finance, private equity, transactions, re-financings, and exits.
Requirements & Remuneration:
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 1+ years PQE
- You will have experience in all areas of corporate transactions
- You will have a good billings history and proven business development skills
- You will have excellent attention to detail and technical knowledge
- You should possess excellent communication skills and work well within a team
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience, plus an enhanced benefits package
