Corporate Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Bristol, up to c£67,000 (DOE) - A leading national law firm with offices based in Bristol is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor into their team. JOB REF: 9413

1. Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE looking for a new challenge.
2. You will ideally have experience within either a leading national or regional law firm and will be looking for a change in direction to join a firm committed to the development of your career.
3. You will work with a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals.
4. You will be responsible for a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
5. You should be keen to business develop and market in the local area.
