Corporate Solicitor

This is an opportunity to join a top-tier Corporate M&A team in Bristol recognised for its excellence in handling high-profile transactions, both in the UK and internationally. As a Senior Associate, you'll lead on complex public and private M&A deals, private equity transactions, and equity capital markets work, serving a diverse clientele that includes multinational corporations, financial institutions, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and advising on sophisticated M&A, private equity, and corporate finance matters.
• Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, providing commercially astute and technically sound advice.
• Managing and executing transactions from initial structuring through to completion.
• Mentoring and supporting junior Lawyers, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborating with colleagues across practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters.
• Driving business development initiatives and helping grow client relationships.

About You:

• Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered) with 6+ years' PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical ability, combined with sound commercial judgment.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
