Corporate Solicitor

A thriving regional law firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their corporate team in Bournemouth & Poole law office.

The Firm

A corporate-focused law firm with multiple strategically located offices, employing highly talented and experienced solicitors and partners. The firm maintains very high standards, ensuring all clients receive the best legal advice and client care.

The Role

The Corporate Solicitor will handle a mix of corporate and commercial work across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, leisure, energy, finance and banking, construction, and information technology.

The role involves managing a full caseload covering all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including sales, purchases, mergers, joint ventures, franchises, company formation and restructuring, terms and conditions, commercial agreements, and partnership agreements. Attendance at business development events and involvement in related projects are also expected.
