Job Description

Leading law firm looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor into their Altrincham office.

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be exposed to a high-quality pipeline of work within a close-knit, social team, where a typical day might consist of advising on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and management buyouts.

The successful candidate will ideally have 0-4 years' PQE and be an excellent team player with strong client care, time management, and communication skills. They should be confident when supporting more junior members of the team, have a keen eye for detail, and be well-organised.
