This is a part-time role, requiring 21 hours from Monday to Wednesday.

Are you a friendly, organised and professional individual who enjoys being the first point of contact in a busy office? We’re looking for a Corporate Services Assistant to take the lead on reception duties while supporting a range of corporate services functions.

As the welcoming face of our organisation, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive helpful first impression for customers as well as providing a central support across the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact at reception – greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support across governance, HR, communications, events and office management.
  • Assist with Board and Committee meetings, including preparing papers and taking minutes.
  • Support internal communications and staff engagement activities.
  • Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

  • A proactive, flexible approach and a commitment to great customer service
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (desirable)

This is a job share role, working 21 hours Monday - Wednesday.
