Position Overview

As a Corporate Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's thriving M&A practice, working alongside experienced Partners and Seniors on a diverse range of complex transactions. The team's expertise spans cross-border and domestic M&A, with a particular focus on public M&A matters.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on sophisticated M&A transactions, providing creative, pragmatic, and commercially astute solutions
  • Collaborate with Partners and Seniors to deliver top-tier legal services to a prestigious client base
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while actively seeking opportunities to forge new connections
  • Contribute to the team's continued growth and success by demonstrating a commitment to excellence and innovation
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends to provide well-informed advice to clients

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with outstanding academic credentials
  • Proven experience in corporate law, gained at a city-based or other leading law firm
  • Strong grasp of company law principles and keen analytical abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a top-level work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Public M&A and/or ECM experience is advantageous but not essential
