Freeths is seeking a capable corporate lawyer to join our Bristol team. The role covers the full spectrum of corporate work, including M&A, shareholder agreements, restructurings, JVs, VC and private equity.

The successful candidate will be a team player, capable of building client relationships and contributing to the firm’s growth across offices. We welcome applicants with 3+ years’ PQE who are ambitious, proactive and ready to advance their career in a supportive, high-performing environment.

• 3+ years PQE or equivalent corporate law experience.
