Corporate Senior Associate / Legal Director – 5PQE +

We are advising a leading Corporate team on strategic growth from their Leeds office. The department are highly ranked in the Legal 500 and handle a high quality of work that is both national and international.

You will have the opportunity to act on both domestic and international corporate matters for UK and global companies and entrepreneurs.

Whilst the worked can be shaped around your specific interests and experience; the department are well versed across, public and private M&A (both sides), general corporate advisory, ECM and public takeovers and IPO's.

The team are hiring due to planned growth and actively seeking individuals at Senior Associate or Legal Director level, with an excellent progression pathway; and highly competitive bonus structure.
