Clients are largely UK based but the team is often involved with overseas matters and transactions.

Due to continued growth, a new opportunity has arisen suited to a Senior Associate or Legal Director.

We would be delighted to hear from corporate lawyers experienced in M&As, disposals, restructuring, or those from a private equity and lender background. The nature of the role requires not less than 6 yrs’ PQE and someone who enjoys responsibility and client contact.

As well as managing your own matters, you will also be a team player – supporting more experienced lawyers on complex matters which require a partner-led, team approach.
