Job Description

As Corporate Security Senior Advisor, you’ll work in a small team responsible for providing assurance that we’re addressing security risks and fostering a positive security culture. You will serve as a role model for security, promoting good behaviors and protecting the organization from threats to people, data, information, or assets.

The team
You will be part of a small, welcoming team within the Corporate Management, Assurance, and Security unit, focused on organizational resilience and effectiveness. You will have access to professional security advice from Defra group Security and collaborate with subject matter experts in the Environment Agency.

The external security landscape is complex and evolving. While you do not need to be a security professional, the following skills and experience are essential:

This is a hybrid role; you will be based at your nearest office in England and can work from home. Some national travel will be required.
