The Environment Agency is seeking a Corporate Security Senior Advisor to lead security risk management and foster a positive security culture. This role involves collaboration with senior personnel and the Defra group to enhance security strategies and ensure organizational resilience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in stakeholder management.

As Corporate Security Senior Advisor, you’ll be working in a small team responsible for providing assurance that we’re addressing our security risks and improving our security culture. You will be a role model for security, promoting a positive culture and cultivating good behaviours. You'll contribute to protecting the organisation from security threats that could affect our people, data, information, or physical assets.

The team:
You will be part of a small, welcoming team within the Corporate Management, Assurance, and Security team, focused on protecting and empowering the organisation to function effectively and be resilient. You will access the advice of professional security teams in Defra group Security and work with subject matter experts in the Environment Agency.
