Corporate Security Officer - Average 56 hours per week - Days & Nights

CIS Security has an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate Security Officer. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a strong security background, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-end, front-of-house environment. This position is located at a prime location in Midtown, featuring 350,318 sq ft of bright, expansive workspace, private terraces, and a central atrium, conveniently situated at the heart of London with excellent transport links.

Position: Corporate Security Officer

Location: London (WC1V)

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Hours: Average 56 hours per week

Shifts: 7 On 3 Off, 7 On 4 Off - Days & Nights

Job Requirements:

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• CCTV Licence (desirable)
• Minimum 1 year of 5-star corporate, concierge, or front-of-house experience preferred
• Ex-forces background is an advantage
• Must be flexible with availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong IT skills and confidence using various security systems
• Reliable, responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with conflict professionally
• Physically fit and capable of completing patrols and standing for extended periods
• First Aid qualification & CCTV SIA Licence are desirable

Job Responsibilities:

• CCTV monitoring and control room operations
• Conduct building opening and closing procedures
• Complete compliance checks and support emergency procedures
• Write clear and detailed incident reports and daily logs
• Respond to emergencies and incidents professionally and calmly
• Maintain a clean and presentable uniform and appearance
• Provide a visible deterrent and ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors
