MAN Commercial Protection are looking for a Corporate Security Officer to work across our 2 sites in Solihull.

Shift pattern: average of 56 hours per week working a mixture of days nights and weekends.

Payrate: £12.60ph

Main Duties:

• Managing a Reception area with a friendly and professional approach
• Managing building access control for employees, visitors and contractors.
• Responding to customer requests and queries
• Good telephone manner
• Computer Literate for word programs, email and access systems
• Ensuring that the client's requirements are met
• Write accurate incident reports in a timely manner
• Fire, security and building systems monitoring.
• Check alarms and log information
• Respond to and deal with all site incidents and emergencies
• Patrolling of premises to include safety /fire door checks
• Monitor internal CCTV systems as required
• Maintaining records including incident reports using computer- and paper-based systems.
• The ability to work independently

• You must be able to work on your own initiative
• Full 5-year checkable work/education history
• You MUST hold a valid SIA SG licence
