Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Corporate Secretarial Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in ACRA filings and be familiar with statutory compliance requirements under the Companies Act.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents with ACRA (e.g., incorporation, annual returns, changes in officers, shareholders, share capital, registered office address, etc.)
  • Maintain and update statutory registers and minute books
  • Draft standard resolutions, meeting minutes, and other secretarial documents
  • Assist in the preparation of AGM documents and annual return filings
  • Monitor and track regulatory filing deadlines to ensure timely compliance
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, and government authorities on routine secretarial matters
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of corporate documents
  • Support the team in other administrative and secretarial duties as required

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience, particularly in ACRA filings
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the Companies Act and ACRA compliance requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
