About the Job:

We are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to join Jumeirah Carlton Tower. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role supports a key segment for the hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate accounts for both Jumeirah Carlton Tower and Jumeirah Lowndes.
  • Arrange site inspections, client meetings, and FAM trips regularly.
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and TMCs to increase account production.
  • Identify new potential accounts using business intelligence tools.
  • Manage prospects and develop new accounts.
  • Enhance existing account production for both properties.

About You:

You possess excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and experience in corporate sales. You are familiar with the sales process, business development, and have a successful track record. Key skills include:

  • Knowledge of hotel systems: Agency360, STR, Cvent RFP, Opera PMS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive business approach.
  • Experience with RFP seasons and contracting.
  • Strong business acumen.
