About the role

Sytner Warwick has an exciting opportunity for a high-calibre, enthusiastic Local Business Development Manager to join their thriving team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing outstanding relationships with local businesses to secure and maintain their company car fleets. Experience in this industry or a similar sales environment is advantageous but not essential. You must be driven, enthusiastic, and eager to succeed. A desire to bring new ideas to expand and develop the corporate department is essential. You should also embrace our positive, proactive culture and uphold our high standards and commitments to customers.

Your key objectives include (but are not limited to):

  1. Developing new business opportunities within the Market Area through regular contact and follow-up programmes.
  2. Managing existing Key Accounts by maintaining service levels, building strong relationships at both individual and company levels, and seeking incremental business opportunities where appropriate.
