About the Company:

Rocket Padel is a Scandinavian-born brand creating a foundation for the growth of padel in the UK with Britain’s first major padel venues. As one of Europe's leading padel operators, Rocket Padel offers cutting-edge indoor padel clubs through a fusion of padel and lifestyle. We currently have clubs in Battersea, Bristol and Ilford, with exciting new locations opening in Beckton and Croydon later this year.

Role Overview:

The Corporate Sales Manager will manage inbound and outbound event enquiries, partnership sales, and drive new business across all Rocket Padel UK clubs. This role focuses on converting leads, managing sales within the current corporate portfolio, and prospecting new corporate clients including promoting partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Handle and convert inbound sales and event enquiries.
  • Proactively drive new business, new partnerships andsell events across all Rocket Padel UK clubs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of events and partnerships.
  • Build relationships with local businesses to expand the club's reach and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create joint promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility and corporate opportunities.
  • Manage sales within the existing corporate portfolio.
  • Introduce corporates to national and local club-level partnership opportunities.
  • Upsell services such as F&B packages, coaching, add-ons, and memberships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Work towards revenue and event booking targets, with incentives for exceeding KPIs.

Event Coordination & Customer Experience

  • Manage the full event sales process from initial enquiry to sign-off.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored event solutions, maximising upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with the operations team to coordinate event logistics and execution.
  • Assist in event planning and, for larger events, support in event execution.
  • Ensure a smooth client journey, maintaining strong relationships to encourage repeat business.

Process & Administration:

  • Manage event budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Maintain records of sales enquiries, bookings, and pipeline in event tracking systems and Salesforce.
  • Work closely with Club Managers and operational staff to align sales efforts and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue trends.

  • A confident communicator- both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple enquiries and event details.
  • Customer-focused– ability to build strong relationships and deliver a premium experience.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A solid understanding of the events industry, hospitality, or leisure sector.
  • A passion for padel.
