Job Title: Corporate Sales Director - Country Choice

Location: National

We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Sales Director to join the Country Choice Senior Leadership team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role involves leading the Corporate Sales team to achieve and exceed sales, margin, and capex targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing the corporate sales strategy across the convenience and foodservice sectors, including networking and relationship building within the wider Sysco business to promote Country Choice concepts.

This is a national role leading a team of 14, including 2 Controllers, 8 Corporate Account Managers, 2 Foodservice Sales Managers, and 2 New Business staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and margin within the retail convenience sector to contribute significantly to company profitability.
  • Set and align the corporate customer sales strategy, including objectives for joint business plans with individual customers.
  • Utilize regional networks and Salesforce to implement customer plans, build pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Country Choice’s long-term growth initiatives, including selling CC concepts across various sectors via team selling.
  • Build and develop the team to maximize opportunities, including implementing new processes for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure talent development through regular coaching, 121s, and career planning.
  • Promote a growth mindset and positive change culture aligned with Sysco’s values.
