Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Sales Director to join the Country Choice Senior Leadership team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role involves leading the Corporate Sales team to achieve and exceed sales, margin, and capex targets.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing the corporate sales strategy across the convenience and foodservice sectors, including networking and relationship building within the wider Sysco business to embed Country Choice concepts.

The role has a national scope and leads a team of 14, including Controllers, Corporate Account Managers, Foodservice Sales Managers, and New Business personnel.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Driving sales and margin results within the retail convenience sector to contribute significantly to company profitability.
  • Setting the corporate customer sales strategy and aligning the sales team to meet annual targets, including joint business plans for individual customers.
  • Utilizing regional networks and Salesforce to implement customer plans, build pipelines, and support business planning with accurate forecasting.
  • Creating and executing the sales strategy for Country Choice's long-term growth initiatives, including selling CC concepts within Sysco GB foodservice channels.
  • Building and developing the team to maximize opportunities, drive new business, and implement cross-functional best practices.
  • Ensuring talent development through regular coaching, 121s, and field support, aligning with career aspirations and goals.
  • Supporting a growth-oriented culture within Country Choice, encouraging a positive mindset towards change and progression.
