Are you passionate about making a positive impact? Join our matchday squad and play a key role in ensuring a safe and professional environment for all supporters at the King Power Stadium.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Implementing general health and safety requirements for all spectators
  • Delivering safe matchday operations as part of the corporate stewarding team
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, security, customer service, cleanliness, and dress code
  • Ensuring compliance with ground regulations and club protocols
  • Reporting incidents accurately to the Ground Safety Officer
  • Using club-supplied technology such as radios, tablets, and body-worn cameras effectively
  • Attending pre-match briefings
  • Monitoring and reporting issues during the match
  • Responding to inclusion and discrimination concerns appropriately
  • Understanding corporate areas and levels within the stadium

Previous experience is not required as training will be provided. Candidates should be confident in public-facing roles, customer service, and committed to promoting a safe environment.

Additional Information

Matchdays typically occur in the evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Applicants must be available during these times.
