What You Will Do

As a Corporate Restructuring Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting businesses through challenging financial situations. Your responsibilities will include:
Corporate Restructuring & Recovery - Assess the financial health of businesses, analyse restructuring options, and assist in turnaround strategies.
Forensic Accounting & Investigations - Work with our expert forensics team to analyse financial data, uncover key insights, and support legal cases.
Insolvency & Debt Solutions - Assist in Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs), Administrations, Liquidations, and Business Sales, guiding clients through complex financial challenges.
Business Reviews & Advisory - Conduct independent business reviews, financial modelling, and reporting to support lenders, directors, and other stakeholders.
Client-Facing Work - Build strong relationships with clients, attending meetings, presenting findings, and offering tailored solutions.

What You Will Have

Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) - Essential for the role.
Strong analytical, written, and communication skills - You'll need to analyse financial data and present clear insights to clients.
Problem-Solving Mindset - The ability to think critically and provide innovative financial solutions.
Confidence in Client Interaction - Ability to engage with stakeholders, provide strategic advice, and manage client relationships.
Flexibility & Initiative - A self-motivated professional who can handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office - Particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Prior experience in corporate restructuring, advisory, or forensic accounting is desirable but not essential.
