Location: Near Bank Station, London
Salary: £32,000-34,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts between 8am and 6pm, with a 1-hour unpaid break
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days, plus bank holidays
Bennett Hay is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Corporate Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team in a prestigious new client site near Bank Station. This front-of-house role is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives in a guest-facing environment and is passionate about providing an exceptional visitor experience. As a key member of our reception team, you will act as the first point of contact, helping create a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience for visitors, clients, and colleagues alike.
Visitor Management: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, manage the visitor registration process, and issue passes while maintaining accurate records.
Reception Operations: Manage incoming calls and emails, ensure a tidy and inviting reception area, and deliver an excellent first impression.
Meeting Coordination: Support meeting room bookings, set up spaces as per host requirements, and coordinate catering services when needed.
Client Support: Deliver concierge-style services to senior visitors and key stakeholders, offering personalised and attentive assistance.
Hospitality Duties: Oversee refreshment provision, manage room setups for meetings and events, and ensure all facilities are guest-ready.
Inventory & Maintenance: Order weekly flowers, maintain lost property records, report maintenance issues, and ensure all front-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Previous experience in a reception, hospitality, or administrative support role
Professional and polished communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisation and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
A proactive, guest-focused attitude with a keen eye for detail
A background in corporate hospitality, reception, or client services is desirable
