Job description

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Welcoming guests and ensuring a seamless and personal guest journey
  2. Acting upon all requests that guests might have in an efficient, friendly, and timely manner
  3. Assisting the building manager and proactively participating in any events at the reception area
  4. Building relationships and being the main point of contact for office occupants
  5. Handling external and internal calls professionally
  6. Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest service, fostering a 'one team' approach
  7. Providing flexible and ad hoc services as required
  8. Acting in accordance with rapport and the client's standards

The role is Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8am and 5pm, although this may vary by site.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist role, possess an outgoing personality with a creative mindset, and excel at building relationships.

  • Passion for delivering excellent guest service
  • Preferably experience in front-of-house roles within luxury hotels, premium airlines, or corporate environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a vibrant personality
  • Exceptional command of English, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and act proactively and intuitively
