Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's flagship building in Canary Wharf. The Client is a global bank, and you will be part of a diverse team of 20+ team members. Your role is to to create memorable arrival and departure experiences for our clients and their visitors; you will achieve this by using your own initiative and working seamlessly with different departments.

The Corporate Receptionist role is ideal for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the building's visitors upon their arrival. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team based on the ground floor of the client's offices. This is a fast-paced, high-volume reception and the ability to take ownership is key to success.

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing a warm welcome to visitors and employees with a 5-star approach
  • Registering visitors and contact hosts upon arrival
  • Escorting visitors to the Client Floor, personalising the interaction along the way
  • Processing requests for meeting room bookings with catering and hospitality

  • Ideally, have at least one year of customer-facing experience in a similar setting
